APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM

1. 1. DATA PROCESSOR

In order to complete this form and request an appointment, we inform you that your personal information will be processed by CHATZOPOULOU ZIS. MARIA (FASHION BRIDES), a company based in the city of Serres, 119 10th Merakhias Street and VAT number 057240830

1. 2. PURPOSES

The data will only be used to manage the appointment at our store and to contact you on any matter related to the appointment, by any means, including email, phone call, SMS or any other means for this purpose (as well as direct messages).

Thus, and provided that we have your consent by checking the appropriate box on the form, we can process your data to:
– Send the FASHION BRIDES newsletter which will always meet your needs.
– Send additional information related to FASHION BRIDES, such as surveys, invitations to events, etc.

All newsletters or commercial communications will be made by FASHION BRIDES – CHATZOPOULOU ZIS. MARIA., as the company responsible for advertising and communication of the company.

Also, all announcements can be customized according to the interests of users, either based on the products and services you requested, or based on the data we can obtain from browsing, interest in specific content or reaction to our updates, etc.

This personalization is done relatively automatically, as FASHION BRIDES does not determine the parameters, but it is the technological platform that creates the user profile. We do not send general notifications that are not encoded as mentioned above, as we believe that it is in the interests of both FASHION BRIDES and the user to send and receive relevant information and moreover, encoding does not change the number of messages received, but only their content. Thus, if any user does not want to be encoded, please do not subscribe to FASHION BRIDES notifications.

1. 3. DATA COMMUNICATION

Your data will not be transferred, rented or otherwise given to third parties, except to FASHION BRDES service providers who offer specific activities for the company (e.g. sending newsletters, marketing or customer service, storing or processing data or databases), but in no case for their own purposes.

Without questioning the above, your data may be communicated or transferred to the store where you have an appointment and may be processed by a FASHION BRIDES company in the case of stores of the same company or different companies (e.g. for franchises or wholesale, which are managed by third parties). In any case, the basic information of third parties will be present in the form. Third parties will only process your data to manage your appointment request, but in the store you may be asked to agree to further data processing.

1. 4. PERIOD OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION

All data you provide to us or that we may receive through the Services we offer will be managed for a maximum period of five (5) years from the last visit to any FASHION BRIDES store, attendance at an event, or any request on the website or customer service, among others.

Also, if you have subscribed to our commercial communications, we will use your data until FASHION BRIDES considers that, by any means available depending on the technology available at any time, you are no longer interested in its products. In any case, you can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message to info@fashionbrides.gr

After the period mentioned in the first paragraph of the text, namely five (5) years, has expired, or when any of the conditions of the second paragraph have occurred, our company will retain your data for the period necessary to comply with its legal obligations. After this period has expired, the data will remain anonymous for statistical purposes or market research, if possible, or will be blocked to comply with any legal obligation of our company.

At any time you can object to the above without any impact on the customer relationship contract with our company.

Please note that if during your visit to any store you provided additional data to any company that does not belong to FASHION BRIDES, you should exercise rights before it regarding the information, in accordance with the regulation, that should be given to you at the time of providing the data.

You will also be able to exercise the rights of access, change, removal, restriction or transfer, in relation to the data you provided to our company by writing to us at the address 10th Division 119 Serres, P.C. 62125 or by email at info@fashionbrides.gr

You may also file a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority if you believe that our company has processed your data contrary to this Privacy Policy in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the provisions of the relevant Greek legislation.

We may request identification documents to process your application, if required by local applicable regulation.
